New Era offers bespoke conversations that address your personal or professional challenges, barriers, projects or ambitions.
Designed to suit your schedule and fulfil your intention for the project, we will create a plan that works for you.

I recommend specific projects with specific outcomes, generally 5-7 sessions (between 1 and 1.5 hours long) on Zoom or in-person, over 6-8 weeks.

Many people buy into the belief that you are not ok the way you are, and you need to change. They look for life coaching that will give them knowledge or tips to help them change.
With my coaching you will work in the area of transformation. This starts with the belief that you are fundamentally ok the way you are - and you have barriers to fully expressing yourself and experiencing life to the full.

I led seminars in person and on line for almost 25 years for an international personal and professional training company. I have learnt so much from this amazing experience and training, I realised I would like to create my own expression of the work I love to do with people, and the difference I am committed to making.
